CHRISTMAS IN NEW ENGLAND

When you think of Christmas in New England you think of snow, skaters on a frozen pond, white churches with slim spires, twinkling lights on Christmas trees and pretty colonial homes with large holly wreaths on the front door. They are the images from a million Christmas cards.
When you get to New England you see beautiful Christmas scenes at every turn. Pretty villages and small towns all dressed up for the Holiday Season. These towns are just made for Christmas. Cover them with a dusting of snow and add a few twinkly lights and every photograph you take is like your very own Christmas card.
There are many beautiful Hotels and B & B’s all ready to provide you with a wonderful Christmas. Many of these buildings are beautiful old colonial homes. Large well proportioned rooms, traditional fireplaces for that all important visit from Santa Claus and perfect for sitting next to with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book.
There are so many things to do in New England over the Christmas period. Of course you can just curl up in front of that log fire and do nothing but for those who want something more to work off that delicious roast turkey dinner you will find plenty to do in the many pretty places in the area.
